A52 not connecting to Wi-Fi

A52. My phone just quit hooking up to wi-fi. When I try to turn on, nothing happens. Everything else on phone works and it's on 5G now. Took to T-Mobile and would not hook up to theirs either. Any thoughts?

Is it greyed out or can you turn it on and it doesn't see the wifi?

Gray but every once in awhile the little toggle stays blue until I try to do something

Have you gone into your settings and "reset network settings " ?

I went there and all network settings are gone xcept tmobile

Go to settings, about phone, scroll to the bottom to where it says "reset" click that and then click "reset all settings "
