A51 Ringtone and vibration are stuck on

My A51 has the ringtone and the vibration stuck on. Cannot shut it off at all. Makes it very difficult to call anyone and very hard to hear them.

You won't know if you are receiving a call unless you look at the screen.

What do you think? I have looked in all the settings for sound and don't see anything wrong.

I did power off and left it for 15 minutes. Seems to have stopped it but I am worried it will return.

Any thoughts on what would make that happen?

What do you mean, stuck on?  It does not stop when you answer a call?  The fact that you said you rebooted your phone and it appears to have gone away may have solved the issue, but only if you have received a call since the restart and the problem did not recur.  If you are receiving calls normally, it may have just been a glitch.  Most times these types of things can be fixed by simply restarting the phone.  Hopefully, the problem has resolved itself.
