A50 Doesn't Read Texts When Connected to U Connect

I had a Galaxy J7 that worked fine on my U connect I upgraded to the a 50 and now it doesn't read texts. I unpaired & repaired device,still nothing. I receive the text but u connect does not read them out loud seems to be a problem with the text I have read A lot about this problem but no answers
