A Series & Other MobileNew A15 phone (a couple of months old). In the past month the screen has been getting progressively more glitchy. Today it was so bad that the notification panel has been swiping itself down and no other app could be opened.
Other days it has opened apps by itself and sent messages.
Often nothing can be done besides resetting the phone.
We have already tried restarting the phone in safe mode, which doesn't help.
Once it was so bad, the phone couldn't even be re-started. When the power button was pressed the power-off screen option disappeared right away and none of the options could be selected.

A Series & Other MobileYour phone is behaving as if it has some malware. Have you run an antivirus scan? Have you done a diagnostic on the phone to make sure all its components are working properly? If resetting the phone works, then reset it, only DON'T restore any backup, because if the backup contains malware, you will only bring it back and repeat the cycle.
After you reset your phone, change your Google, Samsung and email account passwords in case any malware collected those passwords.

A Series & Other MobileThank you so much for this advice! Would you be able to share which app was the one causing the issues?
