A15 cannot add APNs

My A 15 with Android 14 on us mobile network. it no longer accepts incoming phone calls working with us mobile it turns out that we speculate it is an apn problem but the phone will not let me add any aps the  + is grayed out. any  help would be greatly appreciated

Make sure airplane mode is not on, your not blocking all numbers, remove and insert sim card, next contact your service provider.

The apn is generally set by the carrier

I would contact your carrier ask them to reprovision the phone and tell them about the apn issue

Highlight apn and return to default or delete. Reboot phone and add the apn from carrier. Are you using esim or simm. If simm you may need a new one. If esim they will send you a new qrcode that will configure automatically if you ask chat support on usmobile app
