We use Yahoo email thru ATT. We can no longer login to our email account.

We lost this connection on or about 2-13-2025.
I even got a new phone and still can't login.
Both of our phones are A15 5G.
We can still get emails on an old Samsung J7 Crown.
Can anyone help.

I also got a new phone, Samsung S24 and now I cannot access my Bellsouth/AT&T email on it or my old phone. As several of you have already said, I can access it on my desktop. This is weird. When I spoke with a tech at Yahoo she sent me back to AT&T. Ugh

I've been replacing that "secure email key" all morning and checking my info on yahoo. I had the "i am human test" 3 times. Then they said we'll send you a code to punch in. I check and yes, that's my phone number. Click send. Nothing. Timer counts down. I click on resend after confirming number again. Timer counts down again. No text. I click resend again. I get a message on screen. "We've sent you this pass code too many times. Try again in 24 hours".
Att.net no longer apparently exists. It's now currently.COM.
And I still can't check my email. Seems that ATT and yahoo aren't passing information back and forth. Meanwhile, my email is stacking up.

I'm on S23 Ultra and I thought it didn't work because of me being a few months behind on updates. I too can no longer login to my att.net email on yahoo either. Works on browser, and 3rd party email app but not Yahoo. Yahoo and AT&T needs to get this fixed. I'll be definitely following this thread.

Late last night I was checking online for updates to my phone and found that the Galaxy store had an update for Samsung email. Grabbed it, downloaded it, rebooted, cleared cache, logged in and went to setup. Guess what. Didn't work. Exact same issues.
This morning, i went back to AT&T and deleted that email secure key and created another one. Went to the new version of samsung email and tried the new pass key. Didn't work.
I read online someplace that I could try goggle email. So I tried it. As soon as I entered my email address, the setup routine sent me to the same yahoo setup page. Which still didn't work.
I saw that AT&T said a limit of 1 tb free storage on their mail. (Ok, i'm getting desperate.. I went to my PC and deleted all my old mail (yes, I know how much storage 1 tb can hold, but getting desperate)
No changes. Still locks up.

Now one question. Is there anyone out there with any of the att email groups (att.net, ameritech.net, bellsouth.net, sbcglobal.net...) having any problems with their apps getting their email?
