I hope you are doing well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy S22. Recently, a green line suddenly appeared on the display without any physical damage, drop, or water exposure.

 

My device is just around one year old and has been very carefully used. After researching online, I found that many Samsung users have reported the same issue on AMOLED displays, especially after recent software updates. It seems to be a manufacturing or display panel defect, not caused by user handling.

 

I have always trusted Samsung for its quality and customer service, which is why I am kindly requesting a free display replacement or repair under goodwill warranty, even if the standard warranty period has just expired.
