I am new to this forum. I have just purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to replace my new iPhone 16 Pro Max due to the need of a stronger telephoto lens as a pro photographer.
I needed a remote BT device such as a grip extension, gimbal, etc. especially when working with a tripod. After being paired, operating any of the remote BT devices (I have tried 6 now) will not work the shutter! Instead, the zoom-out is what works when pressing the BT remote button!
I have tried chatting with CS at Samsung but they are all confused thinking I have a third party app rather than a code or communication issue. Is there some secret code to fix this or a Samsung error?
