Hi all,
I am facing the following issue with my Samsung TV (au7100) and the app AppleTV.
I was logged in with an account, I logged out and tried to log back in with my account but the app doesn't respond at all. It just stays on the home page.
I contacted the both companies customer support but they weren't able to help.
We tried to: Reset Smart Hub, Hard reset the television, Uninstall/Install the app
Would anybody have any idea on how to fix this issue?
Many people are complaining about the same issue.
