LED and OLED TVsHi all,
I am facing the following issue with my Samsung TV (au7100) and the app AppleTV.
I was logged in with an account, I logged out and tried to log back in with my account but the app doesn't respond at all. It just stays on the home page.
I contacted the both companies customer support but they weren't able to help.
We tried to: Reset Smart Hub, Hard reset the television, Uninstall/Install the app
Would anybody have any idea on how to fix this issue?
Many people are complaining about the same issue.

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! If this is the only app that you are having issues with you will need to reach to Apple support. This could be just a server issue on their side causing this. I would also recommend trying to log in to the Apple TV app on your phone also to see if the same problem occurs.
