Washers and DryersEither my washer or dryer is catching threads on my clothing and ruining it. I’ve felt all over and can’t feel anything sharp that is catching my clothes. I’m not sure how to stop this from happening. What can be done to remedy this?
dryer: DVE(G)45R6300*/DVE(G)45R6100*
washer: WF45R6100A*

Washers and DryersHello Rewhitt2 and thank you for reaching out to the Samsung Community. I appreciate you inspecting the tub and gasket to see if there's anything that the fabric is getting snagged on. The damaged clothing can be caused by either a torn or jagged edge, or the tub being out of alignment and creating gaps that laundry can get pinched in.
It is important to always follow the fabric care instructions on the laundry label and the Fabric Care Chart within your washer's user manual to assist. I regret to advise the only option if you're not able to identify any damage would be to contact a technician here- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/
