Hello, I completely understand your concerns with the washer not recognizing the password. I'll be more than delighted to assist you with this issue. Can you explain more about the issue? Are you in the smart care app? Have you tried to just reset it if possible?

if you are unable to have success joint your washer to the SmartThings app please follow the instructions below:

1. Power On

2. Press "Smart Control" to get "AP" displayed

3. Press and Hold "Temperature" for 7 seconds.

4. Wait 30 seconds.

5. Power off and On again.

6. Press "Smart Control" to get "AP"

7.  Use SmartThings App to add device.
