Washer WA50R5200AW/US - Error "Ur" is a mistake of Samsung washing machine

The machine plays an error loop with code "Ur".  When the machine occurs error code "Ur", it automatically repeats "rinse + spin". After  rinsing and one high spin, the machine displays "Ur" again. It works this step all days until I have to turn off power.

Please help me fix this issue.

So the "Ur" error code is for when the washer itself is unbalanced. You may need to rearrange the clothes a bit and see if that makes the error code go away. If you've done this already and it is continuing to appear, check out the following link for some more troubleshooting steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01000997/

 

If the above troubleshooting steps didn't help you would need to speak with one of our moderators via private message.
