Hi, the top loader door of my Flex Wash model WV27M9900AV doesn´t open. The door handle can be pulled but it seems to fail to actuate some lock. I tried unplugging the washer as well a activating and deactivating the child lock. Is there something else I can try to solve the problem?. Thanks so much
