WA50R5200AW/US - replaced the tension bars and still out of balance

I just replaced all four tension bars, recalibrated the washer and the drum is still violently banging against the side. What else could the issue be...

Had this machine for approximately 4 years as well and been having unbalancing issues. Samsung needs to recall.

Still no fix? I replaced with Amazon ones, zip tied water hose around the springs, it was better but started Ur again after 2 weeks.

Make sure your shipping pins were removed off the back. Cost me $409 to have service come out.

Another complaint with the same issue. Bought in 2022. Constantly babysitting the washer to just try and get a load done. 4 people and 3 dogs... don't have time for a washer to take 2 days on a load.

Wow, i am so glad i came here and read all the same experiences. I was going to buy the replacement rods, but after reading that it still does not fix the issue, i will not wate another penny on this thung. Purchased 4 years ago.

I called them yesterday and was going to call to get it fixed today, but after watching a DIY video, I thought my husband can do that himself. I mean, he sold me the washer, LOL. He works at a Home Depot. I really thought one of my kids did this to my washer. I am so glad I came here because I am just going to buy a new washer and not a Samsung I guess I will go back to LG
