I have the bespoke washer combo unit install yesterday and it seems rather Shakey is this normal? Could it be the pedestal it came with? Do I need to call geek squad and have them attach it to the wall some how?
It may be possible that the installers did not properly balance or level the washer or pedestal. You should check the leveling feet and make sure nothing is wobbling when you try moving the combo. If it does not wobble, it's a balancing issue, and you should reach out to Samsung service.
