The letters are coming off the control panel on my washer and dryer. They are only 4 months old. This is the second set of Samsung washer and dryer that this happened to. It is clearly a manufacturer defect. There are hundreds of complaints all over the net of this problem. I need it fixed. If it is not fixed I will never purchase another Samsung product.
