Never had an issue with customer support or any of the above items. Although it doea seem as tho the washer, no matter what setting, how much clothing, always seems to make a horrible sound. Like its spinning so fast that its gonna take off. I have had techs out here, changed a part, still isn't resolved. And the worst part was that I waited over 6months for delivery for a **bleep** washer machine?!?!
mine does the same sounds like Charlie Brown teacher from the cartoon wahwah. I think it's a normal sound though. 6 months does not seem like good company service sorry to hear that. At least it washes the clothes, right?
I bought it from Home Depot or Best Buy. Funny that u said, it washes clothes tho right? Bc i keep getting lil tiny bleach spots on my clothes and I rarely use it. I waited 6mo and it came in the wrong color and i ended up going to a laundry mat for 1yr
me too use water with the bleach or avoid. I used to buy oxi clean instead of using bleach.. Nothing wrong with the laundry mat but still inconveinence. I would complain to the store you bought it from about the mixup. you could put sticker vinyl on it maybe. I forgot the proper name but its to do decoupage.
