After 20 loads of wash and not seeing a refill message I got suspicious. It seems the detergent auto-dispenser drawer is never empty because it is filling with water. Has anyone else had this problem?
Detergent dispensers fill with water to push the detergent out into the wash cycle, but should not remain in the dispenser. If your dispenser is not draining of water, this could be an issue or a clog. First check the input and output valves to make sure they are not blocked. If they are not blocked, there could be a different issue and you may have to call support to see if it needs service or there is something else you need to do. You can first see if there's anything in the user manual about troubleshooting this issue.

Thanks for your response. This is an auto-dispense unit. It pumps detergent from a sealed container. I would think it should not fill up with water as that would dilute the remaining detergent. I was just wondering anyone else has seen this problem and how they fixed it.
It would not dilute the remaining detergent, the dispensers are made with a one way valve. It may pump the detergent from a sealed container, but it pumps it into the dispenser which, in turn, gets a water flow to push the gooey liquid detergent out and keep the dispenser clean. Sometimes the outflow duct gets clogged with congealed detergent. You can take a cotton swap and unclog it or run hot water through it to try to dissolve it. You user manual or a call to Samsung service should be able to give you more troubleshooting information.

The machine is brand new. The blue sealed container is where I found the water (no detergent left) #1 auto-dispenser. I popped the blue cover off and it was full of plain water.
Good afternoon @epic007 and welcome to the community! I can understand how frustrating that is and am happy to assist you! For the combo washers/dryers, they can do around 25 loads of laundry with detergent and fabric softener; around 75 loads if just using regular detergent. However, the drawer should not be filling with water and staying like that. That is indicative of the unit being unbalanced.
