My wife and I made two seperate purchases recently of the S10 tabs. Ultra for me and the plus for her. We traded in A7 and A7 lite models. These were received in Texas on Jan 20, packaged in samsung shipping boxes using samsung packing materials. We have yet to hear ANYTHING about the approvals or denials. When using trade ins for phones in the past the were fairly quick to process the trade ins. BOTH tabs sent back, seperately, are well within the requirements for trade in. Attempting to contact samsung has been virtually impossible, either through chat or phone. The AI powered chatbot SUCKS. They do not provide the needed options to move forward. Attempting direct call or call back results in error messages.
The options here in the community dont even touch on trade in or ordering issues people have experienced.
WHAT AM I MISSING HERE!!!!!!!!
