Tablet A9 unable to make calls

I am trying to make phone calls with my tablet ; both on wi fi and plan data.

Every time I tried I get a message.

Saying calls of this type cannot be supported . Does anyone have 

 any ideas or suggestions? Than I s

@Opus1 Tablet data plans do not support voice calls. The only way to make a phone call from a tablet is to configure "Call & text on other devices" with a compatible phone.

How do I get my iphone signed in to my Samsung account to use call and text from other devices?

I don't think that is possible. It's a feature between Samsung devices.

IPhones are not compatible with Android devices and cannot share any of each other's features.
