Am I missing something or does the Samsung S Pen that comes with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE don't do the Air Actions and isn't Bluetooth compatible? Why does the tablet say I have to connect my S Pen but when i follow directions there is no blue light blinking on the S Pen when i hold the button down for 3 seconds???
I see it as a major failing of an organization when they don't know first vs. last names, and have to repeat everything back word for word, and then they don't understand it.
Offshore support in general is awful. I'm appalled at Samsung's.
