Alarm - Read and Alarm name aloud

Hi All,

I recently bought Samsung TAB A9+, I am trying to enable the "Read and Alarm name aloud" option for the alarm, but it is not working.

This option is enabled on by Tab with Samsung test-to-speech engine as preferred engine and Language set to Use System language, but still not working.

Can you help me pls, am I missing some settings?

Steps
1. Open the Clock app
2. Tap the Alarm tab
3. Select an alarm
4. Tap Alarm sound
5. Tap Ringtone
6. Choose a ringtone
7. Adjust the alarm's volume
8. Tap the switch next to Read time aloud

I have tried these steps already, but only the alarm sound is working , not the voice
