Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus - My Samsung Care Plus Experience

I have Samsung Care Plus on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus. It was very early in february, maybe February 6th or 7th and unfortunately my tablet had a cracked screen, and a dent on the side. 

I tried to make a claim with Samsung care plus. But they didn't see my device on my account. It did have Samsung Care Plus on the Samsung side, but not on the servify side. So they made their first ticket. 

It was about 2 days later, and that was finally able to make a claim. But at that point, there were no repair locations showing up. So I had to make another ticket. 

Two more days later, the only option they could find was mail in repair. So I had to pay $100 instead of 30. According to the Samsung website, Samsung Care Plus has next day replacements. Even the Samsung Care Plus that doesn't cover lost or stolen shows next day replacements. 

So after two tickets, and several days, my device was received on February 13th. 

Long story short, it is March 3rd and the device is still not repaired. 

I contacted Samsung and Samsung Care Plus and servify, and the repair center. 

I didn't just contact them once. I contacted them several times. After a few days of it not being repaired, they said it was normal. They said it would take 10 business days. They escalated it to a supervisor. They made a ticket for that. The supervisor never called me back. I called back again. They told me that it's normal. And they told me to wait another 24 hours. I waited four more days after that. It's still not repaired. I called again. And they told me they had to make another ticket. 

I reached out to the better Business bureau. No response. I reached out to the Missouri attorney general. No response. 

Over and over I keep getting the runaround. Instead of just fixing my device and giving me a next replacement, I've been without a tablet for nearly 30 days now. And every single time I call, there's never a supervisor to talk to. They just make ticket after ticket. 

Please. I don't want a repair. I want a replacement as requested and I don't want to wait another 500 days

PS I'm a content creator with 40,000 subscribers. I don't want special treatment. But as an android creator who regularly promotes Samsung, I'll have to factor in how bad this experience was and warn my audience
