I have a tablet that was previously owned by a now deceased family member. We don't have any passwords for the device and have attempted a factory reset, which results in the device getting to the Google sign on screen which requires an account for the now deceased family member. Is there a way to reset the device within this, or is the tablet now junk?
Sorry but you would have to try and get Google to unlock it since it's now Google locked until you get the account email and password nothing can be done until you have that information
