Hi there, one thing I can recommend is to try and use it as a laptop, using Samsung DEX. You will feel like having a tablet when out of DEX, but also a powerful computer when in it. Get a bluetooth keyboard and mouse, and voala! It is actually even cooler, if you have a Samsung phone, to wirelessly connect to the tablet and run DEX from the phone, then move the mouse between one another screen, like having a computer with 2 monitors. When on DEX, the appearance is similar to a Windows or MacOS computer interface... and you get multiple windows for applications and other useful settings. You gotta try it.
This tablet is super cool to have for school use as well as everyday use! My personal favorite features are the CTS (circle to search) and the Math Solver! Circle to Search with Google is a feature that lets you search for information about something you see on your screen by tapping or drawing a circle around it with your finger or the S Pen. It's like asking your device to "look up" what's inside the circle and give you more info about it. You can also use the S Pen to write an equation in Samsung Notes on your Galaxy Tab S10 FE or Tab S10 FE+. Math solver can clean up your equations by turning them into text, just like that. Plus, it can even solve them for you!
How to use Circle to Search
1. Make sure Circle to Search is enabled. Go to Settings on your tablet, then swipe to and tap Display. Tap Navigation bar, and then turn on the switch next to Circle to Search.
2. Now, open the Camera app and point the tablet at an item or object, or open an app and find something you'd like to get information about.
3. Next, touch and hold the Home icon on the navigation bar. Then, tap or circle the item of interest on the screen with your finger or the S Pen. *Note: You may need to allow the necessary permissions or tap Continue on the prompt the first time you use Circle to Search.
4. Related search results will be provided; swipe up on the results at the bottom of the screen to view more. Then, select a result to open it in a new window. Depending on the searched item, you may see additional articles, videos, or apps.
5. When text or numbers are detected, you can tap Copy to extract text to your clipboard or tap Translate to receive an instant translation. Depending on the type of text or numbers detected, an Action chip icon may appear that you can tap for quick access to related actions or functions, such as to make a call, send an email, or open a website.
How to use Math Solver
1. Navigate to and open the Samsung Notes app, and then tap Create note (the pencil icon) to start a new note. 2. Tap the More options icon (the three vertical dots) in the top right corner, and then tap Turn on Math solver. 3. Now, write a mathematical equation or formula with the S Pen, and let Note solve the math problem on the spot.
