Lockscreen media

OK, here's my issue. Media info and controls from browsers keeps showing on my lockscreen. I've tried to disable notifications from these apps as well as deselecting ALL apps from the "lockscreen notifications" in settings. Still displays the title and play/pause button anyway. Tried turning off the main slider for "lockscreen notifications" and no luck there. Turned ON the slider for "HIDE NOTIFICATIONS" in the lockscreen settings and no luck there either. I see nothing in the settings of the browser that asks to display anything on my lock screen and nothing in browser settings to disable lock screen features either.

Help!!

I don't want anything on my lockscreen at all, except the date and time, battery percent, etc.. just the minimal basics, period. Maybe a music player *if* I'VE EXPLICITLY OPTED to let one access my lockscreen, but that's all. Certainly not web browser activity, or YouTube activity, or links to media devices or bluetooth, or any social media. If I wanted anyone who picks up my device to have access to listen to and control streaming media or anything at all, for that matter, I wouldn't lock my Tab, obviously. How do I stop this stuff from displaying, since disabling the lockscreen notices and apps doesn't work? I see no settings anywhere for enabling or disabling lockscreen media or players or to allow/disallow media in my browser tabs from being listed and controlled on the lockscreen. Closing my browsers does the trick but I'm not interested in and theres no reason I should have to exit my apps before shutting off the display to prevent this.

By any chance, are you using Good Lock and its Lockstar module, which can be used to add video to the lock screen? If so, you can just disable Lockstar.

Tab S9. Just the standard lockscreen as is OOB. I wasn't aware lockscreen apps to replace stock were a thing. Shows how much I've kept up on customization since the days when rooting was nearly mandatory.

@CaptainHowdy It sounds like you have some malicious 3rd party software on your tablet. I've never had ads or media pop up on the lock screen of my tablets.

Neither have I and theres nothing installed on this one that isn't also on my tab s6 and a53. The app its displaying from last it was occurring was Samsungs Internet Browser, which, on my other devices, doesn't put media controls and titles from tabs, onto the lock screen. Not sure why it's happening with the tab s9 and can't find anything in the app or device settings that would explain it. I did have background play enabled in Samsung Internet Browser and thought maybe that was the culprjt where it was sticking controls and such on the lock screen to navigate "background play" and see what was being played/streamed but after turning it off it still displays. I'll be going back through every setting again just because sometimes things are buried in seemingly irrelevant menus so hopefully something comes up.... If necessary I'll back up and factory reset but considering that the tablets less than a month old and barely been used yet(i havent completely wrapped up games that dont transfer saves so im stuck finishing on my old tab to avoid having to restart), I don't see that actually solving anything.

I would wipe the cache, cookies, and all data in the Samsung Internet app.

Unfortunately, the issue persists after clearing the data and cache.
