How to enable Chrome Tab Groups feature ?

Help please. I cannot figure out how to enable/turn on the new Chrome feature Tab Groups. I have tried everything I can find on the Web. Messed with all the Flags. No help. Starting to think Samsung disabled support.

Depending on which model you have, there will be different ways to create Tab Groups in Chrome. On most devices, if you select the tab indicator, you will see an option to Drag Tabs to Group Together.
