How can I save a page for offline reading in Chrome?

I've got a Tab A7 with Chrome running on it. I can't figure out how to save a page for offline reading. I don't see the option for the Reading List, like you see on the desktop and iOS versions of Chrome.

On the Chrome web page you wish to save, tap the three-dot icon at the top right, then tap the download icon.

Your page will be saved for offline reading.
