I am looking for a stock firmware that does not have carrier bloat or boot logo any help would be much appreciated.

Impossible, cellular models are only purchased through a carrier!
While you may change carriers, the splash screen will always be from who you purchase the device from!

I bought my tab S10+ 5g, directly from Samsung online. You choose the carrier you want from their list. I understand it will be unlocked after 60 days. (T-mobile)

I suggest that in the future you buy an unlocked phone and you will not have that problem.  Phones that are purchased through Samsung or other retailer as unlocked do not have carrier firmware.  Once you buy a phone from a carrier you are locked into their firmware even if you eventually unlock the phone to move to another carrier.  You might ask your new carrier if they are able to flash the phone with their own firmware, but I doubt it. There may also be some modder groups that have the info  you are looking for, but you'd have to do a search for them in the search engine of your choice. Just remember, modifications you do are at your own risk, and you may end up with problems more annoying than just booting up with a carrier logo and sound.

The poster was talking about cellular tablets not phones.
Samsung doesn't sell unlocked tablets, carrier only!

Ok. I don't keep all the device types and model numbers in my head. But, do you mean to tell me, if I wanted to buy a Samsung tablet, I couldn't just go to the store and buy one?

Oh, OK. Can't imagine why I'd want a cellular model, though.
