Echelon Fit Bike Connection Issues With Galaxy Tab A 10.1

I purchased a Galaxy Tab A 10.1 to use with our new Echelon bike.  The Echelon app is required to use the bike - and I cannot get my tablet to see the bike on Bluetooth to connect it.  I have tried all of the recommendations from Echelon and still cannot get it to connect.

Any suggestions???

The Echelon app still will not recognize the bike - the app contains a bunch of entries but none will connect.  I am trying to figure out how to delete those entries - I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even reset the tablet, but as soon as I reinstall the app, those entries are already in there...  Echelon is saying it is an issue with the tablet...  Kinda lost...

Hard to help when I have neither your tablet or Bike.  Sign in to Samsung Members app and at the bottom center  you will see a headphones= icon, click on that and then scroll down until you see a icon for remote help.  Click on that and follow the instructions.  A tech will be able to log into yur tablet and see what's going on.

I have the same problem with the Echelon fit app and my Galaxy Tab A. I will try getting tech support in the Samsung Members app; did it work for you userYfw0M6jwVg Asteroid?

Has anyone found the solution for this? I just bought the bike and can't connect either.
