[Dex Bar] Gray bar stuck at the top of my Screen

I have had the gray bar at the top of my screen for four days now and I have tried everything and anything to get rid of it I have a UBOTIE keyboard and I don't know why but I think the keyboard is the reason why it's like this. I don't even know where to go at this point, if you have any suggestion on how to fix it I will take it.

PS. In the screenshot it's the bar you can see at the top of the screen below the time, date, and battery percentage

@kiki_im_tired   Too me that looks like the split screen options what happens when you click on the X in the bar

It just closes the app I'm on

I just checked and it appears you have dex enabled in the pull down quick toggles
