How to change to Android software?

What "center" are you trying to change from? And what steps have you attempted to make the desired changes expressed?

You have a new Android tablet and it is does not have Android software?  Where did you get it?  As far as I know, there is no software OS called "center", and all Android devices are ready to go right out of the box.  What are you trying to do?  Is it perhaps stuck on a home screen that's locked and you can't make changes to? I don't know if tablets come with "easy mode" they way phones do, but maybe you should check if easy mode is on. Having easy mode on will prevent most changes to the home screen. If your device has this setting, it would be in the display settings area.
