Customer service complaint

I cannot seem to get a response from customer care relating to poor customer service. I would like to get in touch with coorporate office to report a Samsung employee. I was set up with a fake website involved in scam and theft from the consumer, myself, when trying to get through to coorporate office. How can I reach a department above E Commerce? Does anyone know? #Samsung

They say it can take up to 24-48hrs to reply back they've always replied back to me in less than a day

I would suggest checking your spam folder since you should have gotten a reply back

I have recieveed zero communication from coorporate and I've emailed CEO 4 times.

Samsung should be ashamed of themselves. The washer I bought rusted inside the lid and it's like O WELL! Never will buy another samsung product. They don't back them!
