Call and Text on Other Devices

I would like to use my Galaxy Tab S9 FE SM-X510 tablet to make calls from my Samsung phone. I have Two separate Samsung accounts.

When both devices are signed in to my FIRST Samsung Account and are connected to the same wifi:
Tablet: Settings --> Connected Devices --> "Call & Text on Other Devices" selection *is* listed here.

When both devices are signed in to my SECOND Samsung Account and are connected to the same wifi:
Tablet: Settings --> Connected Devices --> "Call & Text on Other Devices" selection *is NOT* listed here.

How can I make the "Call & Text on Other Devices" selection appear on the list?

I think the tablet would be data only

It doesn't work going the other way. Its coded to work t first way and not the second.

Because tablets plans dont allow calls.

Samsung states that calls can be made by linking the tablet to the phone.

The two accounts are identical, yet one lists the option, while the other does not.

You can't have 2 accounts for calls from your tablet.
