EverytIme i try to opt in The T.V rewards it says im not enrolled in samsung rewards at all , but I am . HOW DO I FIX THIS?

@xlesueue Are you using the same email address to opt into TV rewards as you are using for your Samsung account and rewards?

@xlesueue Try this as a verification. 

  1. Open Samsung Member app.
  2. Select "Discover" in bottom right.
  3. Find the Benefits card
  4. Select the ">" on the right side of the Benefits card.
  5. At the top it should show your Samsung Rewards point total. 

You could email support@tvandyou.tv directly and see if they can help you enroll.

I have the same issue.  I see that I am enrolled in the Rewards program because I have been earning rewards when purchasing Samsung products.  Yet, I receive a message stating that I am not enrolled in Rewards.
