Samsung Apps and Services@xlesueue Are you using the same email address to opt into TV rewards as you are using for your Samsung account and rewards?

Samsung Apps and Services@xlesueue Try this as a verification.
- Open Samsung Member app.
- Select "Discover" in bottom right.
- Find the Benefits card
- Select the ">" on the right side of the Benefits card.
- At the top it should show your Samsung Rewards point total.
You could email support@tvandyou.tv directly and see if they can help you enroll.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI have the same issue. I see that I am enrolled in the Rewards program because I have been earning rewards when purchasing Samsung products. Yet, I receive a message stating that I am not enrolled in Rewards.
