Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Just leave it be. You'll update it when they'll fix it.

No, they will eventually fix it. Also, some updates mess up the phones instead of fixing. There are already comments about that in other threads.

Verizon has this broken at the moment. I keep trying though as I don't have a PC only a Chromebook

Do you think it's Verizon's problem or it's our problem because of these types of problems?
