Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

I contacted the Samsung assistant, he told me that it is because of Verizon that this is like this, a Verizon operator, but I still don't understand

Play store sent it out early for those who have UI update...you can't do system update until after UI update

If you are with Verizon, allow me to be the first to welcome you to the club. I have a Verizon locked S23 Ultra, and I received Januaryā€™s security update Tuesday morning. Every time I tried to download it, it was painfully slow and ultimately failed and gave me an ā€˜Error Code: 412ā€™. There have been a lot of people here on Samsung Members complaining about this, and so far, they are all with Verizon. Verizon is aware of the problem, and they are trying to fix itā€¦ā€¦or so they say.

There are multiple error codes that might be received during current attempts that fail...needless to say...option 1 quit trying and wait, option 2 see how many error codes you can get by continuing to try, option 3 put on auto download and quit trying because system will do later....or option 4 (that i will stop with) get new phone....there are obviously other options, but I'll stop at 4...and say end of March is current "deadline" for both ui and system updates for all...currently at least
