Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

You all should try cleaning the system cache to try and get that bad update out

I did this twice and no change. I dont think everyone is experiencing exact same thing on verizon network because our cache.

Not aware android 15 is released

This can't be an Android 15 update. Verizon never participates in beta tests and One UI 7/Android 15 has not been officially released yet.

You have to opt in here for beta testing to begin with, and as far as officially being out I am not sure
