Use phone as remote for Samsung TV

I want to use my phone to work as a remote control for Samsung tv

If you add your TV to smartthings you should be able to use it as a remote 

Open Smartthings and click the + in the top right and click add device

You could download a remote app from the Play store. I think Samsung may have their own app, but any should work.
