The new recording option that they've added to phone calls now.

You do not need a button to announce that we are recording the phone call there is nothing you talk to your lawyers and legal people all day long I'll look it up for you it's in very simple terms as long as one of the two parties in the conversation knows the call is being recorded no other notification is necessary which means as long as me the person makes call knows I'm recording it I don't have to tell anybody anything that's Federal law. It's been that way since I went to rookie school back in well I don't remember how long it was it's been a long time. Why they put the stupid button over here to make an announcement I don't want people to know I'm recording the call as long as I know as long as I know it's 100% legal so I'll continue to use my little digital recorder up here and I'm still well within the law as long as one of the two people in the conversation notice being recorded then you're fine as a matter of fact hang on I'll look it up. Okay I'm new to using this particular community so if you'll give me just a moment I'll find a way to upload this so that you can read it and black and white directly from federal law why your legal team you've told me about says it's necessary means that they're really they're a bunch of idiots that just want to make a whole lot of money off of you for something that you're totally wrong about.

There we go this old 57-year-old man figured out how to do it. But right there it is for you in black and white it is absolutely not necessary to tell someone you recording them on the phone as long as you know one of two parties has to know as long as you know and you're one of the two parties and you don't have to tell them anything but now I'll be aware they can do the same thing to you just letting you know what the truth is and how stupid it is that they have this announcement come I've accidentally hit it with my jaw and didn't mean to and this announcement comes over and that's how I found out and it just I got really really angry about that because you don't have to announce anything nor does that stupid button just thought you guys might want to know that.
