Problems with Samsung Care Plus, again

Hello all once again. This is a second post on an issue. I honestly thought that my issue was resolved, but I am still at the beginning. So I bought a new tablet from Amazon, plus the Samsung Care Plus plan. I posted this earlier, & received great ideas! But they didn't help. First, I need to change the plan: I didn't know that the other day. Second, I still cannot even chat with someone. I went to the site, but I keep getting the same screens, in a loop, & the same chatbot. I need a general email or chat option, where I can bypass the pre-chosen stuff and just ask for what I want, with a live person. I know phone calls aren't good, as there is no record of what was said. I also only have so many days to do this. Does anyone know of a workaround, or should I find alternative coverage, please? Thank you!!

Personally, I would call them at 1-866-371-9501

But I'm pretty sure that you can't change the plan once it is active.

Thank you. I think it's all I can do. I only bought it; I can't seem to do anything with it. I haven't signed in, or activated it yet. Hmm...

You know you have the ability to record calls to have a record. I also believe calls are recorded on the orher end, but it's always best to have your own record.
