I am beyond frustrated with Samsung support. They show a different price on what is on the order page than what is on the cart. I've chatted with 3 people now via calls and chat with whom I've sent screenshots and order number ( I ordered since promotion ends in 5 hours) to so that they can pull up and adjust the price but they insist that I am the problem and that their website is perfect. What it is doing is after adding into my cart, it adjusts out my military discount. 

I am going to report to the BBB for false advertisement and bait and switch selling tactics and hope no one goes through this again. Can anyone please reply and confirm you are also having this issue? The support for this $149 platinum is the most worthless return I've gotten for my money.

I added the tax and the regular total, and it looks like it was increased. They should be putting the same price and the tax.

Thanks for confirming that I'm not crazy. These support people kept insisting I'm seeing imaginary figures. This is why I don't buy a Samsung phone every year anymore due to the subpar support.

It isn't the taxes... It is adjusting back the military discount.

That happened to me a lot of time. The price always changed at the end, and the promotions that they announced there are way different from what the promotion it is and how they is apply to the product.
