I don't understand what your concern is. The little folder next to the icon means that it's within your secure folder, therefore it is not open to the rest of the phone.
The secure folder requires device admin privileges in order to function as a secure vehicle. It just means that can enforce password and encryption options for the folder and contents. I wouldn't worry about it.
