Samsung promotion seems like a scam

I purchased a S11 ultra tab September 4th for my daughter as a birthday gift it offered $100 Roblox robux credit. I did a trade in also. Till this day November 18th 2025 no credit I've called so many times , was told sorry for the confusion you'll get the credit October 14th then the 17th then it was October 23rd after that was wait 30 days after that was 45 days then was told its business days and since then its we sincerely apologize , I will be your personal guide to help you I will email you personally so you can reach out if you have any questions I will escalate this with our support team E-commerce. I have 5 different case #'s and all agents with the same exact response I will help you i will escalate this please allow 24-48hours. Its way passed the 6-8 weeks and doing all the chats the 3 different phone numbers I've been provided 5 case numbers still no robux the last call the lady said call Roblox like if Roblox has anything to do with the promotion Samsung says you would get after making a purchase. As of right now feels like its a scam just to get you to buy their product. Anyone else having this issue? did ya get the promotion? let me know and how you went about getting it because I still haven't gotten anything

Did you use the link that was sent to you via email or from the Samsung Shop app, input your Samsung account associated with your profile to claim the Robux rebate? You are given a rebate code to use. I am sure you understand that it is not a $100 rebate card/money in your account, correct?

The only emails ive received was the purchased email , the ones with case numbers and last week the trade in has been approved thats it nothing in the spam

Expect an email at least a week before the rebate expires. However, open the Shop app, select account (bottom right), select orders and expand the Robux icon just below the S11 order and read how to redeem it. See attached.

I've check it says wait for an email but I haven't received anything its been long over due even when I call they says its been past the 6-8 weeks this is the only email I received was November 10th and again a bunch of case numbers because everytime I call or chat msg them they "escalate" and give me a new case # but nothing with a redemption code

I am having the same issue and contacted samsung so many times and same responses. Its a scam.
