This is the 3rd time I have ordered something from Samsung and every time the package is delayed. I take off work to make sure I receive it on the day it says I'll receive it. Missed pay. Then check the status and it sits in the warehouse or wherever and the day you are supposed to receive the package all of a sudden it's delayed. I have been a loyal Samsung customer but this is unacceptable. From now on I will be placing my business elsewhere. 🤬

How are delays during shipping Samsung's fault? They turn the package over to the shipping company and it's up to them to deliver it. If it sits somewhere at some point during the shipping process, Samsung has no control over that.

Because my package say in the warehouse for 4 days. Maybe they shouldn't set a date.

As a practical recommendation, if your work schedule makes it difficult for you to be home and sign for deliveries, consider pickup from a partner location such as best buy instead.

You are still able to order through Samsung.com and receive rewards, etc. Without the worry of shipping.

Those dates are estimates provided by the courier. Sometimes packages are delayed due to weather or other logistical issues. Sometimes they arrive early (this happened for me yesterday).

When I've had to sign for Samsung deliveries in the past, I've had the package held at the destination facility for pick-up at my convenience. You can arrange this with the courier. Sometimes that's not an option. It's up to the shipper (Samsung) to allow it.

I asked that yesterday and was told I couldn't. I have a best buy not far from me.

It was in sansungs warehouse for 4 days because I have called them and say on the phone with SAMSUNG. Funny how it said package delayed while it was still in their possession. So yeah it's Samsungs fault

You didn't initially provide that detail. Maybe use the tracking information they give you to monitor your package's status instead of taking the initial delivery estimate as gospel.

As @Mujibar stated the package will have a tracking number once it shipped and with the shipping company it should update status

Right now it's shipping and so far since the 1st it's had 3 different days. I'm good. I only ordered straight from Samsung because I have been with Samsung since 2005. Every single s series phone every Note. Numerous buds and other headsets watches. I'm just upset right now I'll be good
