Samsung care plus issue

I just got a s25 ultra from best buy and I'm trying to purchase samsung care plus but everytime i use samsung pay the card is verified but then I get this message: Can't complete purchase Something went wrong. (PG_CARD_DECLINED_ERROR - REFUSED)(Error: B7700). I don't have any issues with samsung pay normally, anyone know if there is an issue on their side?

For the video upload you will need to download compress2go.com to upload the 30 second video to Samsung Care.. Just fyi.

I remember all of this. I was livid that after they took my payment, I needed to submit a video, etc, etc, before approving me. I was like "**bleep**"? LOL, you already took my money! Anyway, try a different form of payment or contact Samsung Care directly.

I had the same issue. I called the Samsung Care + team, they informed me that it has been down since last Monday and they are working on the issue. I had a ticket created. They are supposed email me when it is fixed.

Rip, I'll do the same thing, just so they let me know. Honestly my fault for not buying before Monday really 🤷:male_sign:
