Samsung TV and You program - only for Samsung brand TVs?

I filled out the survey, but was told I didn't qualify for the program as soon as I filled out the section about TV brands. Since I don't have a Samsung TV am I not eligible for the program? I guess other devices that can use the Samsung TV app don't qualify for consideration?

@polymatrix The tablet they provide connects wirelessly to the TV. This only works with Samsung Smart TVs.

Oh I see, I didn't realize they provide a tablet for the program.
