This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You
Following. It disappeared from all 3 Samsung TV’s in my home (all with a different account) and my mom’s tv too under her own account. Please fix it.
Yes, I don’t have Samsung TV anymore either. This is very disappointing cause I love it. My current version is 2501 but will not let me search for an update. Please give me answers.
Both TVs do not update anymore. That is not a fix. If everyone on this thread are experiencing the same thing on multiple TVs then there is a COMMON issue. One of my TVs has the app but cannot connect. The message reads 'Check the antenna cable connection." It's an app that is streamed. My main TV, as with others here, the app is gone.
I spent the whole day trying to figure out what I had done and like so many others did a complete factory reset messed everything up anyways and decided to do a search so this is very widespread and very Im uncomfortable with it because there’s apps on there that I didn’t have before that I did not install, so I’m pretty upset about that
